3 ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS TO A POWERFUL LOGO

Your logo will quickly become the one thing people remember about your brand, so making sure it makes a memorable impression is of almighty concern. If you look at all the most popular brands around the world, there are usually three essential elements that make their logo such a powerful branding tool.

1. A STICKY BRAND NAME

A short and catchy brand name is the best foundation to building a strong logo design. As word of mouth marketing is so powerful, having a sticky brand name will make the logo much more memorable.

2. THE ACTUAL LOGO DESIGN

Think about the most popular logos in the world? My guess is you thought about either Nike or Apple in there somewhere. These logos are so memorable because they are simple, versatile and easy to remember.

3. CONSISTENT BRAND USAGE

Every touchpoint of your brand, be it print, web, packaging or anything else may be a customer’s first impression. Consistent branding and placement of your logo means controlling first impressions and telling the right story every time.

OUR LOGO DESIGN PACKAGE

Designing a logo is an complex and multi-step process that will involve research, brainstorming, sketches, and several design concepts. That’s why custom logo packages can wildly range not only in price—from relatively free to millions of dollars—but the amount of time and effort needed to get the job done. Below you will find our logo design process.

Logo Design Process

  1. Initial consultation

    - The initial contact is made in this step, and an evaluation of whether your project and our design process is a good fit or not.

  2. Brainstorm

    - This step is where we discuss the general direction of the logo and any ‘must haves’ in the logo e.g characters, colours, symbols.

  3. Several logo style options

    - After gaining the general direction we will go ahead and use some of the material you have provided us to create a few rough versions of your logo in different styles to narrow down on what is working and what isn’t.

  4. Black, white and colour ways

    - Once we narrow the focus your logo is then moulded, tested and perfected in both black and white and colour to ensure its versatility on any background.

  5. Finalisation of logo

    - This is where we package everything up and put a pretty little bow on it for you ready to send it over.

  6. Brand style guide

    - An important document designed by us so you know how to most effectively use your logo, fonts and brand colours in any future branding elements.

  7. Logo mock-ups

    - A fun little extra goodie we like to do to show you how gorgeous your logo is on multiple different applications.

  8. Files provided: JPEG, PNG, Ai & PDF

    - This is where we send the full package over to you so you can get started knocking over your business goals.
